Refund and Return Policy for Just A Spell Away

At Just A Spell Away, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final (No Refunds on Sold Products):

Due to the unique nature of our products and the magical energies invested in them, all sales are generally considered final once a product has been sold and shipped. We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.

Exceptions for Defective Products:

We understand that manufacturing defects can sometimes occur. If you receive a product that is genuinely defective, we will facilitate a refund under the following strict conditions:

  1. Video Evidence Required: To be eligible for a refund due to a defective product, you must provide clear and unedited video evidence of the product’s unpacking. This video must clearly show the condition of the packaging upon arrival and the discovery of the defect as the product is being unboxed for the first time.

  2. Reporting Period: You must notify us of the defective product within 1 day of receiving your order (based on tracking information). Any claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Team Review and Facilitation: Once we receive your video evidence and claim, our team will review it thoroughly. If the defect is confirmed, we will get in touch with you to facilitate the refund process. This may involve providing instructions for returning the defective item (at our expense) or other arrangements as deemed appropriate by Just A Spell Away.

Important Notes:

  • No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind after receiving your order.

  • Product Condition: Products returned must be in their original, unused condition, unless the defect prevented their initial use.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days after our team has finalized the refund process. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card.

How to Report a Defective Product:

If you believe you have received a defective product and meet the criteria outlined above, please follow these steps:

  1. Prepare your unedited video evidence showing the unboxing and the defect.

  2. Contact our support team immediately via email or phone with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Attach your video evidence to your email.
